Shipping policy

Worldwide shipping available. Please get in touch if your country is not listed at checkout.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. If your order is needed urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail using either Priority Tracked or Standard Tracked services.

Orders shipped within the EU are sent tracked at a flat rate of £12. Please allow additional time for delivery due to customs processes following Brexit. Ophi Bo is not responsible for any customs charges incurred.

Important Information

Parcels not collected from your local depot due to missed delivery and subsequently returned to us can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
